"Just this one thing, and my life will be complete"

The original flash broke years ago due to events still not certain at this point, but long story short, I have learned an important lesson about not to carry with me my Nikon whilst out drinking all night.

Luckily it was confirmed a couple of days ago that it was still hope for my old rascal. I don't know exactly why I waited almost three years before consulting with professionals about the broken flash. I guess I thought it'd be easier (cheaper) just to get used to taking photos without it.

Now, I had that camera the three first years without needing the flash, but once it was broken it seemed like I couldn't live without it. All of the sudden my world was revolving around light sensitivity. I have learned so much about manual settings the past years. I have definitely mastered the art of non-flash photography, so now it's time to master the flash. But first, it's time to conquer the cash to buy it.
